We cannot wait to get your purchase packed and sent out to you!! As we make most of our products by hand, processing times may vary and we thank you for your understanding! Please expect a 3-5 working day wait for orders to be made/processed and sent. Also be aware if a product is on pre order, as we will indicate the time it will take for this to arrive on each product. 
All orders will be sent out using a tracked service and we will provide you with a tracking code etc. Please allow delays for public holidays, rural address and overseas orders.

We have a flat shipping rate for non -rural and rural shipping across New Zealand.

New Zealand non-rural - 1-5 Business Days

Australia - 2-8 Business Days
If you do live at a rural address, please ensure to select rural shipping at the checkout to save us from having to follow you up for the extra payment.
