We are so excited to share with you the Collectively Homegrown Cookbook. A nonprofit cookbook filled with delicious dishes that celebrate Aotearoa's diverse cuisine!

A little bit more about the book:

Collectively Homegrown is so much more than just a cookbook... Collectively Homegrown is a community of recipes representing the incredibly diverse kitchen of Aotearoa, shared by chefs and home cooks alike. Inside you will find a treasure trove of recipes, from nostalgic treats like Nana’s cookies to modern twists on your favourite dishes. It’s a melting pot of culture and cuisine.

This collective project has been crafted not only to tantalise your tastebuds but also to support a deserving organisation. 100% of profits raised from the sale of this book will be donated to Women’s Refuge NZ.

We are thrilled to have worked with many incredible chefs & home cooks to bring this divine collection of recipes to you all! From the talented Nadia Lim who shares her incredible Pad Thai (who knew it was so easy to make restaurant quality Pad Thai at home), to Aroha from Maimoa creative who shares her dangerously delicious Parāoa Parai (fry bread) recipe. We also have a couple of our own favourites in there too...

Arohanui,
Nadia and Elke xx

Best ever ever cookbook

Loved your cookbook, excited about trying the recipes. Easy to source ingredients which is a huge bonus, a great variety of choices. Love your philosophy behind why the book was created and the support you are giving the women and children and staff of the women's refuge.
