Its as easy as 1, 2... that's it!! This 2 ingredient pizza base has been a firm staple in our family for years, when we want a quick and easy pizza that doesn't require waiting for yeast to rise! This base comes out fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside and uses simple ingredients you probably already have in your cupboard/fridge!
- Mix flour and Greek yogurt together in a bowl, using wooden spoon (or your hands to ensure its well combined). Transfer to a floured work surface. Knead dough, adding more flour as needed to keep dough from being too sticky. Knead for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Butter a medium (30cm approx.) bake tray / pizza pan. (You can also sprinkle a little polenta on the tray to help create a firm base for when the pizza cooks, however this will make it a 3 ingredient pizza base haha). Spread dough to the edges of pan.
- Top with your favourite pizza toppings and bake in the oven at 180C for 20 - 30 minutes or until the base and crust of the base starts to turn golden brown.
