Baked kumara, banana and cinnamon spiced smoothie!
INGREDIENTS
• 150g sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into cubes
• Salt, to taste
• 1 frozen banana
• 1⁄4 cup coconut yogurt
• 1 tbsp nut butter
• A tea spoon of cinnamon powder and a pinch of nutmeg
• 2 cups of ice
• A dash of maple syrup
• 1⁄4 cup water
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180C / 356F.
2. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Arrange the sweet potatoes and season with a bit of salt.
3. Bake for 30 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are soft. Let cool.
4. Add in all ingredients to a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth.
